Journal Fields That Make Confirmation Visible

Open notebook with handwritten study notes

Skill compounds when reviews are structured. Free-form diaries help, but fixed fields make patterns visible across weeks.

For each candidate setup, record: prior structure, break or impulse description, volume versus nearby bars, confirmation decision, invalidation, and outcome. Add emotion only after the facts.

Separate process grades from P&L. A well-followed skip can score higher than a lucky chase. That distinction guides how we run Private Volume Reviews.

If your journal only stores screenshots, start adding one confirmation sentence per chart. Tiny text beats empty galleries.
